The projects in which CISED is involved have demanding requirements regarding the application of knowledge, skills and techniques to project activities, being necessary, namely, to meet needs and expectations of stakeholders with very different points of view, to make an adequate risk management throughout the life of the project, and to optimize the use of various kinds of scarce resources allocated to the project.

Our professionals have extensive, up-to-date expertise in project management, resulting from practical experience in project management and monitoring in large projects. They also lecture project management courses in the Technical University of Lisbon and Universidade Católica, among other schools, holding PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the PMI (Project Management Institute).
