Emergency management plans
Civil protection plans define action guidelines for the entities in charge of responding to emergencies at the various relevant levels, in order to ensure the protection of people, property and environment in case of accident or catastrophe, and to create the conditions for a return to normalcy.
In recent years, CISED has provided advisory services in procurement procedures for the preparation of emergency plans, including support in the preparation of the procedure documents, the definition of the award criteria and the tender evaluation model, in the response to tenderer’s requests for clarification, and in tender analysis and evaluation.
